After twenty years in FX, Adrian sold his previous currency exchange business, in 2019. After reflecting on the industry from the outside in and seeing how it needed to change, he decided to launch a more straightforward, streamlined FX business model. The result is FX Boutique.
In his spare time, he is also Executive Manager at Chelsea Women’s Football Club.
Rebecca Hayes

Rebecca and Emma Hayes’ father Sid started trading currencies in Jubilee Market in 1987. The company became known as Covent Garden FX, and in 2001, it started providing foreign exchange services. With others, Emma and Rebecca worked to build the business into one of the leading FX businesses in the City.
Emma Hayes

Emma is the most successful female football coach in England. Having managed Chelsea Women since 2012, Emma has guided the team to several League titles and FA Cup wins as well as reaching the Champions League Final in 2021. Universally recognised as a pioneer in the womens game, Emma has also been one of the main pundits for ITVs coverage of England games. Having worked in Covent Garden FX for a number of years and helping transform it into an online business, Emma is hugely experienced in the FX industry.
